‘Dead Rising 2′ Has Finally Been Confirmed

After all the rumors and speculation Capcom has officially confirmed and has given the first details on there upcoming sequel to there very popular Dead Rising franchise.
Capcom confirmed that the sequel will take place in a Las Vegas like city called “Fortune City.” It’s also clear from the screenshots released that the hero from the first game, Frank West, will not be the character that players will be using to kill the thousands and thousands of zombies that you will be encountering throughout the game. Although the story is still a mystery it was told that the game is set a few years after the first title and due to failue of containing the zombie virus, it has been spreading across the Untited States and thus this leads up to the sequel.
Being a Dead Rising fan its great that its been finally confirmed, but the big question that I have is whether or not there will be some sort online component in the game? We’ll just have to wait and see, other great news is that Dead Rising 2 will be released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC but no release date has been announced yet. Lets hope its not to long away because I want to throw a roulet table at some zombies as quickley as possible.
