One rapper who refuses to play along in 50 Cent’s war games is fellow superstar T.I. In an interview with XXLmag.com, the Atlanta MC addressed an apparent diss from 50’s ongoing “Officer Ricky” cartoon series that poked fun at his October 2007 arrest for weapons possession.
Sidestepping the beef, Tip denied seeing the video that depicted an animated Rick Ross cuffing and then interrogating him. “I haven’t seen it but, we all know dude,” he said of Fif. “We all know his intentions, we all know his motives. We’ve seen this too many times before. You know, I play chess, not checkers, you dig? I ain’t even trippin’ off of that. At the end of the day, I’m more worried or concerned about what a man says to me or what a man does to me, not what he says or does in the eyes of the public.”
50 has taken shots at T.I. in the past, notably on the song “You So Tough” off of G-Unit’s last album, Terminate On Sight. Insinuating that the “King of the South” had snitched in order to retain a lighter jail sentence, Fif spit, “How do you explain how homey breeeze /They said keep ya mouth shut or you eatin’ the cheese.”
As he did then, T.I. continues to shrug off any attempts to undermine his rep. “I’m a real dude,” he said, “a stand up guy with integrity, respect, morals, standards, [and] principles, and anything outside of that I ain’t got nothing to do with.”

I think TI has already had his share of good and bad rep. He’s making decent movies and his roles will only get better, good albums, and rebuild his good rep. He doesn’t need to get his hands dirty with obnoxious rap beefs.
But deep in me, I wish 50 Cent throws an uppercut to TI or Lil’ Wayne, a hook that hits so close and so hard, that they have to respond. I wanna see what the south is made of.
[This is the evil side of me. I don't really follow beefs, but I'm still curious to see Wayne vs. 50. If there's anyone 50 should address is Wayne. Since he got the biggest piece of the pie last year.]
Thats how you do it Tip. Don’t play the childish games!
50 just wants to go after anyone he thinks he can take their sales. TI has too much talent to even respond to him. It’s like 50 cent trying to go after project pat, Project pat has way too much talent for him to mess with. He will show him what North Memphis means. Just like TI will show him what Georgia means.
