PRESENTATION

The presentation in Godfather two really sets the mood for a mafia story. The game takes place exactly where the first one ended which makes it easier to follow and enjoy right from the start. The feeling you get when the opening cut scene starts is very immersive, because the intensity of the music followed by the voice acting really makes this game rival even the great Grand Theft Auto Series which is not easy to pull off, yet EA has managed to grasp such a presentation to the game that you will want to spend your time and money to become the DON.

GRAPHICS

The graphics in this game is simply amazing. The detail in the characters are so clean and crisp that you can see how accurate the facial features move along with the dialogue that’s spoken, it’s really incredible to see. The explosions in the game are no slouch either, you have a lot of people running around on screen, cars exploding, full screen Anti – Aliasing I mean this game is really beautiful to look at.

GAMEPLAY

The gameplay in this game has taken a serious overhaul from the previous version. The main thing that’s great about the gameplay is how much more responsive the controls feel now. On the Playstation 3 version you have sixaxis which in most games aren’t implemented properly, but in this game when you choke or throw some one against the wall you can actually use the sixaxis for this which adds to the realism significantly, this feature was a brilliant way to utilize the sixaxis control scheme. The Driving in the game is very easy to get used to and control and there’s nothing better than doing drive-byes in this game, oh the satisfaction.

The cover system works very well and quick but to add to that I would like to point out that when your behind cover you can still auto – aim without exposing yourself to enemy attacks. This was a genius idea, because now you can spot the enemy and pop up knowing that you have a clean shot at him. This game also features a cool 3D map which should be the new standard in games period. It’s very easy to follow during gameplay which helps add to the ease of progression throughout your missions. The frame-rate is solid the action is consistent and you have tons of weapons you can choose from which brings more fun to the game especially when you tap the R3 button (EXECUTIONS).

FEATURES

The features in this game will have you speechless hands down. The option to build your family and take that family online to compete with other families is incredible. You can recruit many people in your family all with different abilities such as Medics, Arsonist, and so much more. The way the game teaches you how to become the DON is also breathe taking, because every portion of the game it explains to you as you go how you should handle things, but you don’t have to follow them you can play your own way which comes with ups and downs. In this game there’s certain characters that you shouldn’t approach because of how powerful they are and if you’re not at a certain level yet and you decide to go after them they will come and crush you, your’ family, and your business so this game really brings it on home with the realness of the mob life.

SOUND

The sound in the game is great. As you play you and your characters engage in a conversation, the voice – acting is really superb, and the action from the guns and explosions and executions sounds really believable and you feel the pain and emotion the characters go through so yes the games sound is top notch.

Fun Factor

This game has so much to offer with story, online, and features that you would play it over again in single player and multi-player. The cover system works well, the action is intense, and the fact that you can choose what you want to say in certain parts of the games helps add to the fun, because you can really be yourself in all types of situations in the mob life.

Negatives

There’s nothing really bad about the game except for a few glitches here and there but nothing to lose sleep about at all so go out and buy it. THANKS TO EA FOR MAKING A GREAT GAME AND A STRONG COMPETITOR AGAINST THE INFAMOUS GTA4.

Capcom is disappointing their fans:

I don’t remember Lost Planet being that big of hit, but that’s not the issue at hand here. Remember a couple of months back when Capcom announced that they weren’t making any exclusives for any console during this generation, well guess what, they just contradicted themselves.

Rihanna’s Dad Unhappy With Chris Brown’s Not Guilty Plea

chris brown vs rihanna

Ronald Fenty said Brown needs to ’stop being in denial.’

While his daughter reportedly just wants the see it go away as quickly as possible, Rihanna’s dad is not happy with how the case against Chris Brown is progressing.

Speaking to UsMagazine.com shortly after Brown entered a not guilty plea in the case on Monday, Ronald Fenty said that Brown “needs to stop being in denial” about what he is alleged to have done.

Brown, 19, appeared briefly in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday to enter the plea to two felony counts of assault and making criminal threats in the case, which stems from an early morning incident on February 8, when Brown is alleged to have beaten Rihanna, 21, following an argument.

“So what happened? Somebody else did this to Rihanna then?” Fenty reportedly said to the site. “I just would like to see justice go in the right direction.”

If Brown is claiming he’s not guilty in the assault — police have not charged anyone else in the incident, and Rihanna has cooperated in the investigation and reportedly named Brown as her alleged assailant — Fenty said he would like to know who is responsible for bruises and cuts seen on his daughter’s face in a widely circulated photo taken after the alleged altercation.

“I don’t want his career to be damaged — it’s damaged already,” Fenty said of the singer, who has lost some endorsement deals and seen his music yanked from a handful of stations since the alleged assault. “I think he’s a talented guy, but everybody should have to pay. When you do the crime, you do the time. I don’t want to see him locked up for a long time — I just want him to acknowledge and get some help.”

Brown released a statement a week after the incident, saying, “Words cannot express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired,” adding that he was seeking the counsel of his pastor.

Several domestic-violence experts have suggested that someone who has been charged with the crimes Brown has would benefit from anger-management therapy or professional relationship counseling, but it is unknown if Brown has sought that type of help. Spokespeople for the singer have not returned calls and declined to comment on his personal life.

“If he’s not guilty, who did it?” Fenty asked again. “He should say ‘guilty’ and let the court be leaning into him and try himself to the mercy of the court, see if he gets a fine. … Now he’s going to go beyond that, and it could go longer, it can be even worse. It can be worse for him in the long run.”

After a long hiatus, Marshall Mathers is back with one of his usual singles. Does he deliver or should he have kept this one in the lab?

Anybody notice he’s rapping on the interface similar to that of Rockband/Guitar Hero?

‘Secret World’ Debut Trailer

THOUGHTS:

When will developers learn that we are tired of CG trailers like this for new franchises. When we have no idea what the game is about they release this, which leaves us even more in the dark. Oh well, at least the trailer did look pretty cool. Has potential. Isn’t it funny how the gaming industry continues to get more and more female lead’s. I guess it’s a good move because it add’s new storyline mechanics. The game has only been announced for the PC and 360. Is this one of the 360’s big 2009 exclusives?

Dilated People- Worst come to worst

Another classic by Dilated People. They make good songs but they always slow paced. I don’t know if they can spit a little faster. People think that I hate Dilated Peoples because I say that, but show me a hot song where Dilated spits fast and I will change my mind right there. It is not a bad thing, just an observation.

Where Should The Next Installment of Assassins Creed take Place In?

Posted by Agent-X | Real Talk with the HipHopGamer | Tuesday 7 April 2009 1:18 am

As I was watching the new trailer of the upcoming Ubisoft title Assassins Creed 2 I came up with an idea. I was thinking to my self If Ubisoft made a 3rd installment of Assassins Creed, They should take place in these 3 following Ancient Countries.

Iraq – Mesopetamia aka Assyria

The Hanging Gardens of Babylon, would be the best to take place in. I mean running, jumping and killing in this wonderful city would be a amazing. And also most ancient games you see are never taking place in Ancient Mesopetamia.

Cairo – Egypt

Egypt would be another good idea to take place in, I mean jumping and walking around the pyramids would be great. No just that walking around cairo would also be fun, I mean with all the shops, houses, animals and the people around you that would be a kickass wouldn’t it.

Rome – Italy

Rome is one of the greatest places in the world to live in. Another thing is that its has one of the best ancient historicals such as the collosseum, the circus maximus, catacombs and many other great places.

Where do you think the next installment of Assassins Creed should take place in?
