Katamari Forever Trailer

People are not looking at this trailer enough. This is a game to look forward too. 1080p graphics!? Come on guys. Why do companies use that to sell games? Anyway, the game looks fantastic. The different art styles that you can play in is just a nice touch. The game looks pretty good, and I hope this is a budget game. I do not want to pay 60 dollars for this, but I bet you it will be a relatively cheap game. I also bet that they will use the sixaxis a lot, which is not a surprise at all. The controls in all the katamri games are a bitch to get used to.

Terminator Salvation for iPhone/Touch looks AMAZING!

Look at the footage guys. This is going to change iPhone games. The fact that the gameplay footage comes from the i freaking phone is just surprising. I am kind of worried about the controls since it focus a lot on the touchscreen element (like there is anything else they can rely on for a game like this). Ohh well, still hoping this works out. This game is looking good and the graphics look surprisingly good. Never got excited about a game for a system that doesn’t focus on games. If you have not check out the footage, go see it.

New Star Wars: The Old Republic Footage/Commentary

Posted by MattG | PC, Real Talk with the HipHopGamer | Saturday 2 May 2009 9:43 pm

When BioWare first revealed that the next installment in their Star Wars frachise was going to be a MMO, some were disappointed. Though as more and more footage has come out it seems that people should be acting the exact opposite. This new video they just showed looks great, and has the potential to be one of the better Star Wars games released. BioWare is known for their pedigree and this game looks to be no different. The game has no release date at the moment, and is currently only for PC’s. Though in the past it has been rumored that a console version is “under consideration”. Hopefully we hear more about the game at E3.

New Saboteur Footage

Just in case you guys missed this weeks episode of Gametrailers TV, here’s some of the new footage they showed on Pandemic’s upcoming game, The Saboteur. The game looks pretty cool with a great art style and setting. Paris seems like a fun place to play a game, and the way they use color/black-white to convey the emotions of the area is great. The story is also interesting. This game could be a good sleeper for 2009.

Quick Blurb: Thoughts on the Wolverine Demo

For those of you interested in the newly released Wolverine game, I gotta say that you should check out the demo. It’s pretty fun, and should give you an idea on what the final product will be like. The game has it fair share of flaws, but if you aren’t looking for a perfect game then this looks like it could be a good rental or a buy for fans of Wolverine/hack-slash games. The lunge feature is a lot of fun, the gore is great for a mature audience, the CG scenes are entertaing, and this is a pretty good mindless fun game.

While this isn’t a review or me telling you my thoughts on the final game, this is just me saying that if have any interest at all in this game then you should check the demo out. Reviews haven’t been too kind to the final product, but the demo convinced me to at least give this game a rental. Don’t let the average reviews waiver your thoughts on the game. Check it out, and leave your thoughts on the demo below.
