Bungie Currently Working On New Franchise

Posted by hiphopgamer | Real Talk with the HipHopGamer | Monday 30 November 2009 9:26 pm

Bungie has expressed interest in the past to move away from the Halo franchise and it looks like they are possibly planning just that. In a recent posting on their website, Bungie is looking for several new employees to take lead on their new project. With positions available in art, design, and engineering, Bungie is looking for talented people to satisfy the required roles to make a game come to life.

In the job description for Writing Lead, though, Bungie specifically requests for someone who is willing to “define Bungie’s next game universe”. Currently, Bungie lives in the Halo universe, which would bring many to suspect that their next title will be something completely new. Sadly, nothing else can be made of the other job descriptions except that the game will feature some online component.

Bioshock 2 To Offer Freedom Of Choice

BioShock2

Bioshock 2’s lead designer claims more choice in the sequel’s story arcs…

As much as Bioshock ruled the sub-aqua art deco RPGFPS kingdom in 2007, that merely places extra onus on its sequel to improve and expand. Speaking exclusively to our sister publication games™, Bioshock 2’ lead designer Jordan Thomas has revealed that the linear experience of the year before last – one carrying only two outcomes – is due far more iterations in its sequel.

“the one thing that was important to me was that in the meta-narrative we acknowledged what many thought to be the subtext about your level of narrative agency in first-person shooters.” He told us. “So, in BioShock 2 we’ve been labouring long and hard to celebrate the player’s free will and give them a number of choices that affect not just the micro-arcs of the story, but also the major shakeouts that occur at the end of the game.”

“Going rogue” takes on a whole new meeting when you’re dating a porn star.

Rob Kardashian, Lisa Ann

We’re told Rob Kardashian has been dating none other than Lisa Ann — the adult film star who headlined the XXX classic, “Who’s Nailin’ Paylin?” Rob picked up Lisa Ann at the gym right around the time of Khloe’s wedding.

Lisa Ann tells us, “Rob treats me like his little teacher and we have a fun sexual relationship that is simple and carefree. He brings out the total cougar in me and I just like to teach him things.”

Good luck getting that mental image out of your head.
